Currently Rules have a trigger event then actions. Ideally Quick Steps should be merged with Outlook Rules into a single set of action options. Quick Steps are stored in the PST/OST file, making them inaccessible even to power users. Now the Move button next to QuickSteps works fine. There’s no import/export option for Quick Steps, making it harder to share or migrate.
MAC OUTLOOK QUICK STEPS ARCHIVE
So, yesterday Archive Personal was demonstrably eating my mails andĪrchive CRM was working fine. Respectively, the former archives in my PST and the latter in a mailbox we use to archive all our CRM mails in and out. I call these Archive Personal and Archive CRM Moves them to a folder in another another Exchange mailbox (the inbox actually) that I use.The first is as described above, a second does same with a nuancal difference: What I am now looking for is ways to diagnose.ġ) Are my mails really lost? Or did they get filed somewhere neatly away that I can't see?Ģ) Is there some error occurring that is failing to show on screen, but maybe visible in a log file?
MAC OUTLOOK QUICK STEPS SOFTWARE

It has been eating my emails. Quick Steps are stored in the mailbox/PST, in a hidden folder, where every Quick Step is stored as a message.
Make the necessary change to the Quick Step.
